Mike Hellum
HEAD PASTOR
Pastor Mike and his wife, Wendy, love serving Redemption Hill Bible Church (RHBC). Mike knew the moment he saw the church’s information that this was where God wanted him.
Pastor Mike is ordained by the Evangelical Free Church of America. He completed his undergraduate work at Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, majoring in Religion and Philosophy. He attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.A., all but thesis; Systematic Theology and Philosophy of Religion) and earned his M.Div. from Columbia Evangelical Seminary in Apologetics.
Pastor Mike began serving here under our previous name, Delano Evangelical Free Church, in July 2019. Previously, he served as head pastor for four years at an Evangelical Free Church in Nebraska. Prior to that, he served in Laramie, Wyoming, as pastor of adult discipleship. Before serving vocationally in ministry, he worked in the private sector for two decades in sales, but he has served as a lay church leader for most of his adult life.
Pastor Mike approaches everything with a sense of humor and loves to laugh. As a very goal-driven individual, though, Mike takes his calling very seriously and describes it as a labor of love.
Mike and Wendy have three adult sons and two daughters-in-law, and are the proud grandparents of four handsome boys (with one more on the way)! Their Jack Russell terrier mix, Titus, rounds out the family.

Jeremy Kisor
YOUTH DIRECTOR
Jeremy Kisor began serving as the youth director at RHBC (when it was named Delano EFC) in May 2023. He is finishing his studies at Crown College with a major in Pastoral Leadership and a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies. He and Bethany were married in June.
Jeremy came to Christ through a sermon from the Todd Becker Foundation one night in 2014. Jesus is the most important person in Jeremy's life; having lived without Him in a non-Christian home as a youth, he knows what a difference Jesus makes. Jeremy emphases the importance of strong, healthy relationships with youth and teaching them about Jesus.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys basketball, hanging out with friends, and playing board games. He can have fun doing just about anything!
